Vacanza means “vacation” in Italian, and going here is almost as good as a holiday to southern Europe. Almost. Pizza purists in Sydney love this place because everything is the real deal – the pizza bases, the cooking methods, the staff and the toppings which taste so fresh they could have been farmed that day.
