This new Melbourne favourite in the backstreets of Collingwood boasts original creations like the Prawn Fraser, the Broc Steady, the Warwick Capricciosa, and the Tropical Melbourne (LOL), all cooked in a hand-built wood-fired oven. A lot of love goes into their sourdough crusts – so for the love of god please don’t discard them. The Lazerpig experience is capped off by DJs spinning forward-thinking electronica in the futuristic front bar. Its suburban sister restaurant, A Boy Named Sue in St Andrews, is worth a visit too.
