Trick Or Treat: Domino’s Will Hide Super Hot Chilli Sauce In Your Fave Pizza For Halloween

Given the year that has been 2020, I personally do not need any more horror for Halloween this week. Instead I’m making it a fun one, and what could be more fun than watching your friends’ heads explode from a slice of pizza spiked with super hot chilli sauce?

Say what?

For one week only, Domino’s is introducing the ‘fright bite’ this Halloween, hiding an exclusive hot chilli sauce somewhere on your chosen pizza. Choosing said spicy piece is just a matter of bad luck.

The sauce comes for free on any pizza on the menu, so just order your fave and select the roulette option.

The Ghost Chilli Sauce itself is made from one of the hottest chillies in the world, known as the Yellow Bhut Jolokia Chilli. Oh and it’s totally transparent, so no cheating.

Yes, whoever nabs this slice will get the ultimate trick and probably blow their head off — but everyone else gets a tasty treat. Fun and games!

“It will give your taste buds an experience they will never forget and not knowing whether the next bite you take is the one with the hot sauce or not really adds to the thrill,” said Domino’s Australia and New Zealand CEO Nick Knight in a statement. “It’s perfect for sharing with fellow chilli-loving mates… or enemies”.

They’re also releasing limited edition ghost-shaped cookies, if burning your face off on hidden chilli sauce is a little out of your league but you still want to get into the spirit of things. I mean, there’s never NOT a good time for cookies.

The ‘fright bite’ pizza special is on now until November 1, so you’d better get in sooner rather than later for a little pizza roulette.

If you’re feeling a little ghoulish, you can ignore my ‘fun Halloween’ advice and spook yourself shitless reading about these scariest places in the world. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
