When you think of New York pizza you’re probably thinking of Grimaldi’s thin coal-fired wonders. We’re not going to weigh into the debate over whether it beats Lomabardi’s or Di Fara’s for the city’s best pie, but Grimaldi’s location is worth a visit alone. Situated under the bridge in an old-school Brooklyn neighbourhood, its views of Manhattan are almost as good as its classic pepperoni with cured olives and onion. This is the place you come to for the full experience, not just a slice.
