Victoria Park is probably as far away as you’ll get from Naples, but you’d be hard-pressed to find a more authentic pizza experience in suburban Perth. Each pizza is hand-stretched from dough that has matured for 48 hours, before being baked in a 400-degree wood-fired oven. It’s hard to go past the classic margherita, but their range of gourmet inventions – such as a pizza bianche with zucchini and brie – keep the locals coming back. Details here.
