#20 Posticino, Cape Town
Owners Enrico and Gioacchino have run this institution in the swish Cape Town suburb of Sea Point since the late-90s. And it’s proved such a hit with locals you’ve got a better chance of grabbing a takeaway than one of the tables inside. The menu prides itself on its unique take on traditional wood-fired pizzas, with the Strega – topped with pan-fried chicken livers, onion and chilli – just one of their many signature items.
