The new season of Stranger Things is out tomorrow, friends. If you can’t chuck sickie to binge it ASAP, you can at least get free ice cream to celebrate the return, with Baskin-Robbins giving away waffle sandwiches on the day.
It’s a genuine tragedy that Australians can’t stock up on Eggo frozen waffles to watch Stranger Things, but Baskin-Robbins has created an ice cream-filled version of Eleven’s favourite snack specially for us.[related_articles]62131,64169,61047[/related_articles]
The Eleven’s Waffle Sandwich features two fresh-baked waffle cone chips, dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with waffle shards, then filled with a generous helping of ice cream.
You can choose from five classic flavours for the filling, like choc chip cookie dough, choc-mousse royale, white chocolate and raspberry Love Potion 31 or the white chocolate and honeycomb Hokey Pokey. Yuuum.[related_articles]74164,74281,73888[/related_articles]
All you need to do to get your free Eleven’s Waffle Sandwich is visit Scoops Ahoy on Uber Eats on Thursday after 5pm. The first 1985 people to order will be sent a free ice cream. 1985, of course, being the year that the third season of Stranger Things is set. You’ll need to cover the Uber Eats delivery fee yourself, but the ice cream will be all free, bb.
Baskin-Robbins is launching an entire range of Stranger Things-themed ice cream, including the Demogorgon Sundae, Mind Flayer Macaron and Shadow Cone. The range will also be available on Scoops Ahoy, which is the store’s online recreation of the ice cream parlour that your fave Stranger Things boyfriend Steve will work at in the new season.
The Eleven’s Waffle Sandwich will be available for delivery from select stores in NSW, VIC, QLD and WA. Find your nearest Baskin-Robbins store now so you can score your free ice cream on Thursday. Happy binging!
