Ben & Jerry’s Are Cutting Out The Middle Man And Serving Bags Of Cookie Dough Chunks

I think we can all agree the best part of Ben & Jerry’s is absolutely the cookie dough. I thought we’d hit the jackpot when they decided to release the recipe while we were all in lockdown and trying to solve all our crisis by baking.

Now they’ve done us the extra solid of cutting out the middle man (or in my case, the extra solid of saving me from a complete lack of cooking skill in the first place), Ben & Jerry’s have released snackable cookie dough chunks, for a limited time. Yes, just chunks of cookie dough, none of the ice cream.

They’ll be coming in two flavours — Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Half Baked Chunks, the latter of which is a mixture of chocolate chip cookie dough and fudge brownies.

“Cookie dough is what Ben & Jerry’s fans know and love us for, and we know our fans often dig around the ice cream to get to their favourite part – the cookie dough chunks,” said Retail Marketing Manager of Ben & Jerry’s Australia, Francesca Lucas.

“So, we thought, why not make it easier and put the chunks in a bag of their own? Snack on them straight from the bag, or sprinkle over a scoop of your favourite Ben & Jerry’s ice cream”.

Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough Chunks are out now, in 180g and 227g pouches. The trick is, they’re only available in select Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Stores around Australia. The full list is below though, so you can plan your life accordingly.
