You Can Now Have A Slumber Party With A Sloth In The US

Imagine spending a night with a ridiculously adorable sloth, becoming best friends, playing truth or dare, swapping secrets and getting sick from eating too many Starburst lollies. Omg.

Now, thanks to the absolute legends at the Zoological Wildlife Conservation Center in Rainier, Oregon, you can do just that. (OK, not exactly that. Sloths obviously can’t eat human lollies, but all the rest of it checks out.)

The whole point? To educate the public on sloth welfare and raise funds to keep the conservation centre doing what they do. You’ll arrive at the centre at 8pm, the most active part of the sloth’s day, to meet your sleepover buddies and have a chat about sloth preservation with the guides. Next up you’ll take part in a feeding session and bunker up in your very own tent cot to see out the night.

The experience costs nearly AUD$800 per two person tent and is limited to eight guests per night. It even comes with a bonus ‘I Slept With A Sloth’ t-shirt. Cute!

If you don’t have the time for the sleepover experience, you can always head down to the conservation centre for a feeding and educational encounter that’ll set you back between AUD$130-$400 depending on the size of the group.

Wow, the idea of this sloth sleepover gives us so much joy and unbridled happiness, we can understand why Kristen Bell had an emotional breakdown that time. (Remember?)
