There are no four words sweeter to the human ear than “all-you-can-eat”. Get lost, “I love you, too,” nobody cares. And when it becomes “all-you-can-eat” gnocchi for $20 then, my friends, we have reached an enlightenment.
The Stables Restaurant in Paddington, Sydney is doing exactly that, serving up a bottomless supply of gnocchi for just 20 dollarydoos. Which is an insane deal that surely proves that god exists and is a glorious carb-loving woman.

You’ll get to choose from three gnocchis: a classic pesto, a spicy ‘nduja (a spreadable pork salumi) and a creamy gorgonzola number.
You’ll get to devour as many bowls as you can stomach, so you should 100 percent strategise your meal prep for the day to maximise the amount of pasta you can fit in. Be smart, people.

If you miss out, The Stables is also running Bottomless Balls nights every Tuesday. Get your mind out of the gutter – it’s all-you-can-eat meatballs and arancini balls for $25 per person.
Gnocchi is having a moment in Australia right now – Melbourne‘s just scored a hole-in-the-wall gnocchi bar that’s perfect for quick lunches. And if you’re jetting off to Italy any time soon, check out this interactive map of all the pasta you can eat around the country.
