Fact: the only thing better than bottomless food is bottomless booze. So to celebrate summer, The Winery in Surry Hills has brought back its boozy fountain pouring bottomless prosecco and Aperol Spritz.
Every day from now until the end of February, a chill $39 will get you two hours of self-pouring indulgence at the fountain in this gorgeous Tuscan-themed wine garden.
Raid the menu while you wine and dine to pair your 5th (but who’s counting?) glass of bubbly with summer specials like portobello mushroom tortillas, poached tiger prawn lettuce cups and lemon honey chicken.
You might remember The Winery’s bottomless fountain from last year — it burst onto the scene to give our day drinking game a major glow-up, and we’re forever grateful that it’s come back for round two. It’s available by walk-ins only until the end of summer.[related_articles]79765,80117,79635[/related_articles]
If you want to shake things up in your two-hour time slot, you can order all sorts of other drinks off The Winery’s extensive menu. Try a signature cocktail like the Disco Biscuit (passionfruit vodka, apricot liqueur and passionfruit), Purple Rain (vodka, blueberries, framboise, orange, rosemary and pineapple) or Giggly Rose (gin, rose, mint, lemon, sparkling wine), get a jug or choose between four Spritzers.
The Winery’s not the only Sydney venue pulling out all the stops for summer. The Rook rooftop bar is putting on a $20 bottomless fried chicken feast every Wednesday from 6pm, with the option to add on two hours of bottomless booze for an extra $30.

There’s even a bottomless rosé spectacular happening at The Rook every Saturday. This one will get you a shared-style menu and two hours of endless rosé for $40, or French rosé for $69.
The Winery and The Rook are the real MVPs right now.
