After weeks of lockdown, New South Wales eased a number of COVID-19 restrictions last week. While social distancing is absolutely still in effect, this does mean that dining in is on the table again as Sydney restaurants re-open. What a concept!
Since March, restaurants and cafes have only been allowed to operate takeaway services. Now, though, hospitality venues can re-open, and we’ve honestly never been this excited for brunch.
A maximum of ten customers can be inside a venue at any time, and diners still need to stay at least 1.5 metres apart and wash their hands regularly.
Not all venues have re-opened just yet, so we’ve rounded up some of the best cafes, restaurants and pubs in Sydney that are open for business.
You can find more information about the current COVID-19 restrictions in NSW and social distancing regulations here.
