Nick Jonas And Priyanka Chopra Had An Adorably Low-Key Honeymoon
Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra don’t do things by halves. That’s pretty apparent from their deliciously lavish wedding, which went down over multiple days at an honest-to-god castle, Jodhpur’s Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace, and featured multiple costume changes, an all-star guest list, food cooked up by celebrity chefs, and – maybe most importantly of all – customised Jimmy Choo shoes.
But after that lavish celebration of love, the celebrity pair decided to lay low on their endearingly quiet honeymoon. Who can blame them? After a wedding like that, I think I’d need something a little gentler in pace myself.

An Arabic nation that shares a border with Saudi Arabia, Oman is an increasingly popular tourist destination. Back in 2012, Lonely Planet listed it prominently in their Best in Travel list, and its tourism industry has only grown since then.
Oman has become a hotspot for luxury hotels and resorts, ranging from the 115-room strong Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort to Alila Jabal Akhdar, a hotel that boasts private pools attached to each room.

Oman itself is known for its eye-popping mountain range, the Jebel Akhdar; the Wadi Shab, a stunning gorge criss-crossed with bridges; and the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, a stunning place of worship.
But, uh, rather than visit literally any of those locations, Chopra and Jonas decided instead to keep their heads down – by watching the motion picture Elf. ‘Tis the season for it, I guess?

It was a short-lived getaway too; according to some sources, the pair spent but a few days in Oman, before jetting back to India to attend the country’s launch of the dating app Bumble.
But hey, even a couple of days in Oman would suit me just fine, personally.
