If you’re travelling to Newfoundland (pictured) expect the weather to change a few times throughout the day. It’s not uncommon to have what feels like multiple seasons within a few hours. Anyone that’s ever lived in Melbourne, Australia will be fairly familiar with this experience. Newfoundland would make a great addition to any Canada trip. St John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador (where we’re from) is the oldest city in North America. Fun fact: On the winter solstice the sun rises at 7.46am and sets at 4.11pm. On the summer solstice the sun rises at 5.03am and sets at 9.02pm.
