You Can Sleep In A Huge Beer Can At This Music Festival
Gone are the days of flimsy $10 tents from Kmart. At a music festival in Denmark, you can camp out in a huge version of the very thing you’ve been grasping in your palm all day – a beer can.

While these new additions to the Skanderborg Music Festival in Denmark may seem like the least hospitable place for a festival snooze, the novelty of sleeping in a giant tinnie is pretty irresistible.
The cans come complete with pretty much all the fixings of a modern hostel room – a double bed, pillows, doonas, shelves, mirrors, table and chairs, plus a super-cool loft area.
The rooms are set up by the festival and sponsored beer Royal Unibrew. The Danes prove their reputation as beer lovers, with the rooms selling out within seconds of going online each year.
Someone desperately needs to start a petition to get these to festivals in Australia ASAP. Who’s with me?
