VB And Budgy Smuggler Just Released A Range Of Swimwear And It’s Actually Kind Of Awesome
I don’t know exactly when VB became so good at their merchandise stock, but they’ve been a constant source of bogan joy for years now — from the man-fume, to the Hawaiian-style shirts, to the snowboards.
Coming into summer, in a year that we particularly need any small wins we can get, they’ve teamed up with Aussie swimwear label Budgy Smuggler to release a new line of swimwear and beach accessories. The weird part is, they’re actually pretty cute.
There will be six different designs, three each for men and women, and all will (obviously) featured the iconic VB logo. There’s also towels.
Chief Smuggler (I’m not kidding, that’s the job title) at Budgy Smuggler, Adam Linforth said, “For Victoria Bitter to support a small Aussie business like us – this is huge.”
“Larger companies often try and get branded products made as cheap as possible, but there’s a real trend back to quality and craftsmanship and that is what this collaboration stands for”.
Men’s swimmers (yes, they’re the classic budgy smuggler type) will set you back $65, while women’s one pieces will go for $100. Towels are coming in at $50.
