The team at Tokyo Bird have teamed up with Roku, the boutique Japanese gin distillery to bring you a sensory experience, where you’ll have the chance to sample some of the brand’s finest varieties.
Roku gin is distilled in Osaka, and is constructed with six Japanese botanicals: sakura flowers, sakura leaf, yuzu peel, sencha tea, gyokuro tea (green tea variety) and sanshō (pepper).
On arrival, you’ll be treated to a signature Roku gin, which has been carefully paired with two canapés to showcase the gin’s complex flavours. Then, you’ll have the chance to try a specially designed cocktail, which is only available on the night.
Any additional drinks or eats can be purchased separately.
The Roku Gin x Tokyo Bird Pop-Up Bar will run from Thursday, September 6, through Thursday, September 20, with sessions running from 6pm to 7:30pm.
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased via the bar’s website.
