Perth Is Getting A 1970s-Themed Arcade And Bowling Space Complete With Retro Cocktail Bar

B. Lucky & Sons is hitting the West coast, setting up shop alongside Strike Bowling to bring Perth a big dose of adults-only retro arcade fun, with an added cocktail bar to seal the deal.

The team at Funlab — best known for Holey Moley and Strike Bowling — are bringing a huge new adult-friendly bar and entertainment venue to Perth’s Forrest Chase area this August, complete with arcade games and bowling.

But this isn’t your standard set up. The whole space will transport punters to 1970s America — think vintage gas station, laundromat, barbershop, and old-fashioned pawn shop alongside a ’70s streetscape. They’ve gone all out.

Strike Bowling will sit on one side and B. Lucky & Sons on the other. While we’ve all been to Strike Bowling for a birthday or company off-site, you might not be totally au fait with B. Lucky & Sons. It’s a schmick space for lovers and players of games to hang out. Great for blowing off steam, you can find loads of retro and new arcade games, alongside a luxury old-school cocktail bar.

Meanwhile, Strike is your go-to for ten-pin bowling, but you may not know that it also has two karaoke rooms, two pretty tough escape rooms as well as four party rooms. Added bonus? You can order your party-appropriate eats from here, too.

Strike Bowling and B. Lucky & Sons will open on level one at Forrest Chase in August 2021. Better get in before the festive season, as this is bound to get chockers.
