The ’80s are so hot right now. Maybe even more hot than they were in the actual ’80s. So it’s fitting that we get a fair share of throwback events complete with neon, spandex, leg warmers and teased hair under headbands. The Roller Disco Brunch heading to Australia is just what the disco doctor ordered.
Thank Madonna, Cyndi Lauper and Prince, otherwise known as the Gods of the ’80s, for bringing this boozy brunch on wheels to Sydney and Melbourne.

Outside of the rink, you’ll be dining on an exquisite brunch spread and plenty of booze. Just be smart about drinking and skating!
Melbourne is getting the roller disco first at Seaworks in Williamstown, and skaters will have a few options: there are three skate and brunch sessions on August 24, plus three skate-only sessions each day on August 23 and 24. Sydney’s Cruise Bar rooftop in Circular Quay is getting three skate and brunch sessions on August 31, with three more skate-only sessions that evening. Tickets are on sale now on the Roller Disco Brunch website.
