No matter what you thought of the ending, we’re pretty sure nobody’s out there arguing that the Game Of Thrones soundtrack sucks. In fact, it’s so popular that a live concert experience has been touring around the world, and now the Game Of Thrones Live Concert Experience is finally coming to Australia.[related_articles]71135,68351,70409[/related_articles]
The concert has been travelling around Europe and America for the past two years to rapturous reviews. Each performance sees a live symphony orchestra and choir performing bangers from the show, while accompanying scenes play on a massive overhead screen.

In the US leg of the tour, the concert featured an 80-piece orchestra playing instruments like a 12-foot Wildling horn. The exact details of the Australian tours haven’t been announced yet, but we can expect a similarly grand spectacle.[related_articles]75493,75153,67697[/related_articles]
We can also expect the Aussie Game Of Thrones Live Concert Experience to include performances of the theme song (obviously) and an epic nine-minute rendition of ‘The Night King‘ theme. The concert will relive some of the show’s biggest moments, like (spoilers!) the Battle of Winterfell, Joffrey’s death, the Red Wedding and when Arya killed the Night King.
The concert was created by the show’s composer, Ramin Djawadi, and features music from all eight seasons of the HBO epic.
The Australian 2020 tour will kick off in Brisbane on February 7, followed by Sydney on February 9, Melbourne on February 12, Adelaide on February 15 and Perth on February 17. Tickets go on sale this Friday, August 16.
