Coachella’s 2014 Recap Video Will Make You Want To Book Flights
Things have been a little quiet over on the Coachella front for the last six months as the organisers no doubt have their heads down planning for the 2015 instalment. But today, they made their first Facebook status in half a year, sharing their brilliant 2014 Coachella recap video titled Desert Parallax, and oh boy – does it make you want to escape to the desert.
As well as cameos from Lorde and the Arcade Fire, the video captures the pockets of playfulness at the festival’s campsites with brilliant slo-mo effects, all soundtracked by ‘Beneath the Brine’ by The Family Crest.
Coachella 2014 featured performances by Outkast, Arcade Fire, Neutral Milk Hotel, Pharrell, Lana Del Rey, Haim, Skrillex, Queens of the Stone Age and many more. The festival, which hosts the same lineup over two weekends, takes places in the Indio Desert in California. Coachella 2015 takes place from April 10-12 and April 17-19 next year and the lineup is set to drop next month. Stay tuned.
