You’ve Gotta Eat This: Chorrillana, Chile

What is it? Similar to the French-Canadian Poutine, this bad boy is all about adding extra goodies to your french fries.

Where can you get it? Chile – Chorrillana is South America’s answer to a late night dirty kebab.

What’s in it? A plate of french fries topped with delectable toppings – sliced beef, onions, sausages, peppers and even a fried egg, just for good measure.

Is it good for you? Nah, not really. Due to the big serving size, Chorrillana is usually meant to be shared between a group of people, most preferably after a big night – this has just the right amount of grease to be a perfect hangover cure.

How much does it cost? Prices can vary from place to place in Chile, but it’s pretty cheap.
