Qantas Is Launching Direct Flights To The Sunshine Coast
Do you need some sunshine in your life? Well, good news. Today, Qantas launches a new service between Sydney and Maroochydore to cater for travellers to the popular holiday spot over the summer period. The six services per week will connect leisure-makers to the lush Sunshine Coast – home to natural swimming holes, incredible hiking, the beaches of Noosa and the Glasshouse Mountains. It’s one of the greatest places to be outdoors in Australia.
The flights will be operated by two-class Boeing 717s, which offer premium inflight luxury, including the option to travel in business class and in all cabins enjoy more than 500 hours of inflight entertainment on your own device using the new Qantas Entertainment App, or via Q Streaming on the Qantas supplied iPads in each and every seat and complimentary drinks and snacks.
