This Idyllic Jungle Treehouse Is Just Minutes’ Walk From A Tropical Beach

Jungle Treehouse, Panama

From dreamy Hawaiin retreats to Chinese architectural marvels, treehouse accommodation has been turning heads globally for a while now, and the latest in a slew of jungle getaways is no exception. It’s found in the Panamanian jungle, a stone’s throw from the pristine Caribbean Sea.

Suspended 9m in the air, the villa is the epitome of jungle living, nestled among tropical jungle ferns and the wildlife that call them home, like spectacular bird life, tree frogs and monkeys.

You’ll find the treehouse – which is available to rent on Airbnb – in Isla Colon, Bocas Del Toro, Panama, close to some of the best restaurants and beach bars the area has to offer. While the best way to get around is by bike, everything you’ll need is within walking distance, including your very own private beach boasting incredibly clear and warm waters.

Alternatively, there’s a freshwater plunge pool on the property.

While the treehouse has an open design, you’ll sleep in comfort in luxe bedding and protected by photogenic mosquito netting for good measure. Downstairs, you’ll find a bathroom kitted out with a shower, sink and toilet, all with running water.
