What: Wanderlust Festival – an all out yoga festival on the top of a mountain that we’re itching to be apart of.
Where: The festival will be making its debut at Thredbo Alpine Village this February. This cold and wintery ski hub has ditched the layers of snow and clothing to become your go-to destination for achieving zen amongst nature.
When: February 18 to 21, 2016 – so soon! Grab your tickets here.
Fun fact: Did we mention there will also be music? Yup, Xavier Rudd & The United Nations have signed on to play a spot to a crowd of chilled-out fans, as well as beat-box and folk artist Dustin Thomas, didgeridoo dance band Wild Marmalade and DJ Taj Rishid. Your downward facing dog never sounded so good.
Why should you go? Wanderlust Festival is like a four-day escape from the everyday. Ditch the phone, unplug from reality and really focus on celebrating a more mindful way of life. It’s also so much more than just yoga – there’ll be hula hooping, paddle boarding classes, meditation workshops, horseback riding, inspirational talks and even a walk over to the highest point of Mt Kosciuszko, Australia’s highest mountain. It’s all pretty special.
