Here Are The First Images Of The New ‘Frozen Land’ At Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris Frozen area

We stan a theme park, whether it’s Star Wars, Super Mario, or just a regular old theme park, there’s nothing like reliving a childhood (or more recent, let’s be honest) movie moment for real at one of these mega attractions. And now Disney has confirmed that Disneyland Paris will be the first Disney theme park to have a dedicated Frozen land, so you can hang out in Arendelle with Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff and Sven for real.

The new area at Disneyland Paris is apparently set to open by 2023, and will include two new areas to immerse visitors in Frozen paraphernalia and locations, and enable character encounters. Both the castle and village of Arendelle will be included in the new area, as well as a restaurant, shop and a large lake, just like in the movies. We imagine this will be just the immersive experience you expect – Disney never does these things without 100 percent dedication.

There will also reportedly be a stage area which will feature Frozen-themed performances four times per day. Get ready to ‘Let It Go’ and head ‘Into The Unknown’ once again.

The expansion is a part of larger plans for the park, which include adding Star Wars– and Marvel-themed areas to the park. The expansions will start to open from 2021, with the Marvel Avengers Campus being among the first.
