Contiki have announced via Facebook post that they are bringing Japan’s amazing Robot Restaurant to Sydney for two nights in February, Monday 23 and Tuesday 24, to celebrate the launch of their brand new trip Japan Unrivalled.
Set up in a basement in Shinjuku’s Kabukicho district, each night the Robot Restaurant puts on an incredible display of battling robots to a manic sci-fi backdrop of glowing neon lights, pounding J-pop, flittering lasers and a maze of mirrors. It’s quite the spectacle. And now it’s our turn.
The Contiki pop up restaurant will certainly set your senses to overload. Oh yes, there’ll be lasers. Oh yes, there’ll be J-pop. And oh yes, there will be robots.
The newly launched Contiki Japan Unrivalled trip takes you to Tokyo, Hakone, Takayama, Hiroshima, Kyoto, Wakayama and Osaka over 13 days so you can discover sake and sushi, teppanyaki and temples, and gardens and geishas. And robots, of course.
