A Cheeseburger Pie Exists In Australia So You Don’t Have To Choose Between Them Anymore

If you’ve ever had a hard time deciding whether you were in the mood for a cheeseburger or a pie, there’s now a weird yet intriguing solution: the Double Cheeseburger Pie from Banjo’s Bakery Café.
Known for a pretty whacky signature pie range — think Tasmanian Scallop, Bangers & Mash and Chicken Parmi — Banjo’s is now adding the Double Cheeseburger Pie, because why not.
The pie itself is made from layers of beef patty, cheese, tomato sauce and mustard with pickles and onions sandwiched in-between. All encased inside a flakey, buttery shell of pastry. Seriously, they are not kidding around.
The Double Cheeseburger Pie is back for a short time only, although Banjo’s is keeping the exact date it’ll get pulled from the shelves on the down-low. So basically, you just need to get in there fairly quickly to make sure you get a taste.
