10 Of Melbourne’s Best Florists and Flower Delivery Services, For Every Budget
Kassia is the Editor of AWOL, and a straight-up travel…
Why is it that you never know you’re going to need flowers until literally the last possible moment? Or is that just me? Either way, I’m always stuck trying to find something cute and modern that isn’t a million dollars (they’re cut flowers guys, calm down).
Whether it’s a Valentine’s Day bouquet, a Mother’s Day gift or just a really nice way to say thank you — I’ve done the research and and can confidently say these are the 10 best florists in Melbourne. There’s a range of budgets too, so we can all have nice things.
Side note, if you happen to be in Sydney, this is the list for you.
#1 Dope Floral
Bold wildflowers, completely sustainable bouquets, and delivery to suburbs within 10 kilometres of Melbourne’s CBD for a $10 flat rate on weekdays.
Price: $20 – $80
#2 The Little Market Bunch
This online delivery service keeps it simple, affordable and classy. Get your flowers in a bunch, or in a jar, with different options available every day. They also make some adorable floral gift baskets.
Price: From $44.95
#3 Daily Blooms
Partnered with a not-for-profit organisation so you can carbon-offset your deliveries, place your order by midday to get same-day delivery around the city, as well as Geelong and surrounding suburbs.

#4 Azaela Flowers
This South Melbourne Market shop specialises in Aussie natives, which are the best ones in my opinion. They work closely with growers from the Dandenong Ranges, Cranbourne and Pakenham and like their customers getting involved in creating arrangements.
Price: From $18
#5 Floraly
These guys are just about everywhere — Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Melbourne and Brisbane. They only cut the flowers once the order has been placed, so there’s no waste, and work with farms around Australia to keep their carbon footprint small.
Price: $40 – $60
#6 Botanics Of Melbourne
These guys do not follow the floral “rules”, and made a name for themselves with creative large-scale floral structures and centrepieces. But they also do bouquets, and they’re delightful.
Price: From $49
#7 Glasshaus
These flowers range from classic, to funky and experimental. The owner has been working in the industry since he was 13, so there’s a lot of experience going into your bouquet.
Price: From $22
#8 Lilac And The Cat
Besides having an adorable name, these guys are leaders in sustainable floristry. They use upcycled gin bottles as vases, recycled plastics and local flowers which all gives their arrangements a unique and fun edge.
Price: From $85
#9 Hello Botanical
Of course, you could skip the cut flowers altogether and gift a live plant they can keep forever (or for as long as they manage to keep it alive. This plant delivery service specialises in indoor foliage plants. You can get same day delivery across the Melbourne and Geelong delivery zone.
Price: From $45
#10 Flowers Vasette
These guys can cater anything from a single bouquet, to small-scale events, to large weddings. They’re known for their wide selection and style choices that lean into a natural presentation.
