7 Australian Adventures Made It To The Top 10 Of Tripadvisor’s Best ‘Things To Do’ List

Once upon a pre-Covid time, I was guilty of ignoring Australia to hungrily research and devour new adventures in international parts of the world. These days, I’ve really learned to appreciate the beauty, mystery and variety of best things to do in Australia. When I tell you my Australian bucket list is growing, I mean I’ll be ticking it off for the rest of my life.

Now, I have a little more fodder for my travel obsession, because TripAdvisor has announced its 2021 Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best ‘Things to Do’ Awards. Yep, that’s right, not necessarily where to go, but the best experiences worth travelling for.

The full list included 530 experiences, tours, activities, and attractions around the world — but for obvious reasons, we’re going to look at the Aussie list first.

It’s also worth noting that several Aussie experiences made it into the World list — like Guided E Bike Tours in Mullumbimby, a Daintree River Sunset Cruise and a Whitsundays Fly and Cruise Package. In fact, we got seven out of the top 10. Good for us.

Thanks to travel bubbles, travel to the wider South Pacific is not only possible, but it’s already started (yay New Zealand!). So we can start dreaming internationally, at least a little bit.
