There’s A Job Going In The UK That Combines DJing, Road Trips And Ice Cream
It was only yesterday that Italy was asking us to come and live in its beautiful countryside towns. Today, England wants us to apply for its awesome jobs. This must be some sort of sign.
British dairy company Yeo Valley is sending two lucky people out on the road to give away free stuff, spin the decks and wear extremely dorky bomber jackets. All in the name of delicious ice cream.
The job is part of a marketing campaign to promote Yeo Valley’s range of organic ice creams, but we just think it sounds like an extremely good time. The lucky employees will receive a pro rata salary of $43,000AUD and an ice cream allowance too.
They’ll be hitting the road all summer, making their way through England and chatting to various locals along the way. The job will be based in Somerset but there’ll be quite a few overnight stays on the road.
It’s a shame about the silver jackets but the customised van has a disco ball, so you’ll fit right in.
