Qantas And Genero.tv Are Offering $35,000 In Filmmaking Grants And Prizes
Qantas are inviting young filmmakers to create storytelling films around the theme of ‘Home’.
It works like this: filmmakers join genero.tv (it’s free and it only takes a second), read the brief, and then if you’d like to be considered for a grant, submit a treatment (either a new storyboard or an existing video that can be re-edited). Successful filmmakers will each receive a grant of between AUD$1,200–AUD$2,400, with grants awarded as applications are received.
Then it’s time to get creative and film your video! Videos will need to be submitted by Monday February 2. There will be cash prizes for the eventual winner as well as the two runners up.
