Have you ever been excited for a cheeky Happy Hour sesh after work only to find out that nothing except the world’s cheapest beer and wine is discounted? How dare you, bartender. How VERY DARE YOU. Thankfully, Merivale Happy Hour is bringing the regular old happy hour back in our good graces now that Merivale bars across Sydney are offering 49 percent off all of their booze for the entire month of June.
No joke. I would never lie to you about Happy Hour. All month long, 39 Merivale venues are slinging almost half price drinks between 5pm and 7pm.[related_articles]64643,72045,71750[/related_articles]
We’re talking cocktails, spirits, mixed drinks, beer, wine and bubbly. Every drink on the menu will be 49 percent off. I cannot stress this enough, people.

Merivale Happy Hour means you can sip on cheap margarita slushies at El Loco and save your extra cash for extra tacos. Work your way through the signature cocktails at 1920s-themed Palmer & Co or take advantage of the last warm days of the season at the ivy Pool Club with a cocktail in hand. Try a new craft beer at The Royal and The Paddington bars.
Or treat yourself to something fancy and expensive (you deserve it). A bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne will only cost $81.60 from The Paddington Bar, and you’ll still be saving more than 70 dollarydoos.
The only time you’ll pay full price for a drink is if you order something over $200. Which seems reasonable.
There are Merivale bars offering the Happy Hour deal in the Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches and Inner West. Check out the full list of participating venues and rally your squad for a cheap-as-49-percent-off-chips session.[qantas_widget code=SYD]Check out Qantas flights to Sydney to begin your next adventure.[/qantas_widget]
