There are a few ways you can beat the scorching Sydney heat this Summer: paddle a pedal around Sydney Harbour, go stand-up paddle boarding at one of the city’s hotspots or sip wine at Mosman’s new rooftop rosé bar, for starters.
And while they’re all awesome, Icebar Experience has got to be one of the the coolest places to hang this summer. The pop-up ice bar coming to Surry Hills in January.
It’s here for a good time, not a long time, popping up for just two days on January 27 and 28, giving you and your mates the chance to booze it up, snow-style.
The Icebar Experience transforms unique spaces in Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide into frozen masterpieces for short stints of time. This time, the M2 Gallery in Surry Hills will get an icy makeover — think intricate ice bars, frozen sculptures and cool temperatures.
On arrival, you’ll be greeted with a cocktail served in one of their famous ice glasses, followed by unlimited and super-chilled wine and beer, all of which are included in the price of your ticket.
Tickets start at $65 for a 45 minutes Icebar Experience. You can book yours online.
