Chargrill Charlie’s Latest Collab Will Level Your Iso-Baking Game All The Way Up

If, like me (and literally everyone else on the planet), you were planning on rounding out the week with a little iso-baking, I want you to take whatever inferior recipe you had lined up and chuck it straight in the bin. Why? Because chicken institution Chargrill Charlie’s has dropped a collab you’re gonna want to be in on.
They’ve partnered with pastry chef Anna Polyviou to create a bake-at-home triple-choc cookie dough as part of their Local Flavours initiative, which helps chefs as hospitality outlets impacted by COVID-19 closures sell their products through the Chargrill Charlie’s platform.
The cookie dough is available for purchase in a 600g tub from all 14 Chargrill Charlie’s stores across Sydney and Melbourne from today, and it’ll only set you back $15.
Fifteen dollarydoos for 600g of actual heaven? Go off, sis.
Better known as “the Punk Princess of Pastry”, Polyviou is famed for her mind-bending dessert creations. Her modern spin on a traditional carrot cake earned her the title of Australia’s best dessert back in 2014, and she’s been responsible for some of the most challenging cooks in Aussie MasterChef history – namely, Anna’s Mess and Firecracker – among other things.
So, what I’m saying is: these cookies are gonna be all-time.
Anna Polyviou’s triple-choc cookie dough is available for purchase through the Chargrill Charlie’s app (iOS or Android) from today (Friday, May 8) for a limited time only, until sold out.
And since we’re talking, you might as well get amongst some of Chargrill Charlie’s famous mains and hearty sides. Personally, I’m a big fan of anything that can be doused in the house-made gravy. If ordering a share plate for myself is wrong, baby, I don’t wanna be right.
