You’ve Gouda Be Kidding: Brisbane Is Throwing A Cheese Festival
Cheese is the greatest food of all time – there, we said it. Think about it: it’s undeniably delicious and you can easily sneak it in to every single meal, free of judgement.
Brisbanites seem to think cheese is life, too, because the much-anticipated Cheese To Please festival set to kick off on Sunday, October 1. The day will be jam-packed with cheesy deliciousness, with every variety you could ever imagine up for tasting – I’m talking the sharpest provolone to the softest brie.
We know what you’re thinking: what is cheese without wine? There’s no need to be alarmed, because the festival will feature plenty of quality vino, champagne, beer and cider to pair with your cheese. There will also be a cracking line-up of local artists providing sweet tunes to go with your gouda.
If you love cheese as much as we do, this foodie festival is a must. Cheese To Please is on at Newstead House on October 1, running from 10am to 5pm – it’s going to be brie-lliant.
