This Healthy Aussie Meal Delivery Service Is Here To Save Your Lazy Butt

For those of us not all that excited about the prospective of having to cook for ourselves during lockdown, trying to find new and exciting recipes that are also easy has been a TIME. Honestly, if you catch me baking in lockdown you know things are dire.

Sure, there are plenty of AMAZING one off meals you can get delivered from your fave local joints, and even other meal subscription services — but if you’re trying to keep it healthy, natural and especially if you have any special dietary requirements, it can be tricky.

That’s whereBrisbane-based healthy meal subscription service, Nourish’d, swoops in to save your lazy day.

They’ll cater to just about every dietary requirement that I personally am aware of. That’s including gluten, dairy, preservative and sugar free options, as well as vegetarian, Keto and Paleo friendly meals.

With over 55 dishes to choose from, there are heaps of delivery options and all with no contracts. You can start out at the 5-meal plan from $69.35, all the way up to 28 meals from $308.96. Then there’s the option to DIY your delivery service, with each individual meal you choose being $12.75.

Everything arrives with you on a Thursday night, prepped and ready to go for the week ahead. You’ve got to love someone else doing the hard work, am I right?

They’re actually legit meals too, none of this ‘healthy so it’s bland’ business. Think brekkie bowls, cauliflower mac ‘n’ cheese, Korean sesame chicken with broccoli, Singapore noodles, Paleo jambalaya and so much more. Everything is gluten, preservative and additive-free — so yeah, it’s actually real food.

Head to their website for more details, and enjoy not slaving in the kitchen/ eating way tastier meals than you were ever going to cook for yourself.
