A Giant Inflatable Waterslide Is Coming To Melbourne’s CBD This Summer

If it’s ever been your dream to use the ergonomic slope of Melbourne’s Federation Square to your advantage and hurl yourself down an inflatable waterslide upon it, then you’re in luck my friend.

For just 12 days this January, Fed Square will be host to 75 metres of slip’n’slide fun with Slide The Square returning to Melbourne’s CBD. Escape the heat and enjoy a wet and wild ride down the slope of the Square with rides kicking off on January 4 and running through to the 15th.

Slide The Square is sustainable too – all water used is recycled into tanks and will later be used to feed Fed Square’s surrounding gardens.

Tickets start at $20 for a 50 minute session, and if history has taught us anything, it’s best to book early to avoid missing out. Keep your eyes peeled on Fed Square’s website for ticket details in the coming weeks.
