Beautiful Grace Bay Beach, which is located in the Turks and Caicos Islands, took out the top spot, jumping from second place in the 2017 rankings. Hugged by a barrier reef that keeps seaweed and pollution away, the water at Grace Bay is unbelievably clear and the sand pristine.
