Treat Yo’Self At This Balinese Spa That Has A Liquid Floor
Clinging to the rock face of a stunning sea cliff, this fancy hotel in Bali defies both conventions and gravity.
The luxe-as villa, known simply as The Edge, is found in the beachside town of Uluwatu, south of Seminyak, and its location makes for pretty stunning views of that azure sea. But what we really want to talk about is spa, which has a floor, which is liquid.
Seriously, you get to go for your spa literally walking on water. You’d be feeling fresh as before you even got on the table for your treatment.
As well as the super special floor, the spa features wet and dry treatment areas, private steam coves and unobstructed views of the Indian Ocean. Oh, and something called ‘de-aging with caviar’. If you look up the word ‘fancy’ in the dictionary, don’t be shocked to find it’s just a photo of this place.
Treatments aren’t too expensive, with a 60 minute massage coming in around the $85AUD mark. We reckon it’d be a pretty unforgettable experience. Treat yo’self.
