Basically how it works is, you order a plate of food then post a picture of the dish and tag the restaurant on Instagram. Based on how many followers you have, the next dish (and possibly more after that) will be free of charge.

If you’ve got between 1000 and 5000 followers, you’ll be able to redeem one free plate of sushi or sashimi, between 5,000 and 10,000 will get you two plates and 100,000 followers or more will get up to eight free plates.
If there were ever a perfect time to take your friend who considers Instagram an Olympic sport on a trip to Europe, that time is now.
