We all know the worst part of a pub crawl is the pilgrimage between bars. Now, a helicopter company wants to make that laborious journey an exciting one by flying you around to the best pubs in regional Queensland. Cheers!
For Pterodactyl Helicopters, it wasn’t all just about curating the most epic pub crawl. It was also about showcasing the wondrous country beauty of southeast Queensland. So why not combine that wondrous beauty with grand old establishment pubs?
Thus, the helicopter pub crawl was born.
The pub crawl will last seven hours and take you to eight different pubs and one brewery in the region. They’re all around 65 kilometres apart so you get a seriously good aerial tour on the way to the next one, flying over places like the mountainous Rim region, Dickabram bridge and Tambourine mountain.
Of course, all of these views should be properly enjoyed so there’s a limit of one beer per pub to make sure the trip doesn’t get too merry.
You can find out more about the helicopter pub crawl here. They also do winery helicopter tours, if that’s more your thing. God bless this country.
