If you think whisky and Asian food don’t really go together, let us tell you that you’d be wrong. Who knows better than the greats? In an international chef collaboration, special event The Blend is coming to Ms G’s in Sydney‘s Potts Point in a partnership with Chivas Regal.
You can expect great cocktails, delicious (and innovative) foods and whisky of course, but you can even make your own blend of whisky at the event to take home with you. Dinner and a show!
The event is a collaboration between Merivale’s Dan Hong, and his mates Louis Tikram of EP & LP in Los Angeles, and Jowett Yu of Ho Lee Fook in Hong Kong. The food will be worth the $89.95 ticket price alone, but add the creative cocktails and whisky blending and you’ve got yourself one hell of a bargain. That’s not even mentioning DJ Levins playing the soundtrack to the evening.
At the dinner you’ll be able to taste whiskies with different flavours, like drams that tend fruity, creamy, citrusy or smoky, and mix them up to make your own blend to keep.
