Sydney Aquarium Is Hiring Someone To Hang Out With Its Marine Life
Sick of the daily grind or keen on a career change? If you consider yourself an animal lover, or think diving with sharks, cuddling penguins and giving dugongs belly rubs sounds like a good time, you’re in luck: The job of your dreams has just come up at Sea Life Sydney Aquarium.
Yep, you’re herring me correctly — it’ll be a whale of a time.
[media_embed]https://youtu.be/v_LQuVg4RnA[/media_embed]The aquarium is urging all animal lovers to apply for the full time leadership position at Sydney’s stunning Darling Harbour, where you’d be overseeing the care of more than 12,000 animals from 650 species across Shark Valley, the impressive Great Barrier Reef exhibit and the world-class Sub-Antarctic penguin exhibit, home to a waddle of King and Gentoo penguins.
“It’s an exciting time at Sea Life Sydney Aquarium as we’re recruiting for the very unique role of Displays Curator,” said Richard Dilly, General Manager of Sea Life Sydney in a media release.
“From scuba diving with rays and sharks to teaching penguins to swim, every day is different and the successful applicant will be working with an amazing and dedicated team of like-minded professionals.”
