Longitude 131 Debuts The World’s Only View Of Uluru And The Olgas

Uluru is one of Australia’s most popular tourist destinations: known for its rich indigenous history and picturesque surrounds, the park sees more than 250,000 visitors annually. Now, visitors can kick back and camp in style at the only accommodation offering uninterrupted views of two Aussie gems – Uluru and The Olgas.

Longitude 131 at Uluru-Kata Tjuta takes camping to the next level – offering prestige accommodation in the middle of The Outback.

The desert basecamp boasts opulent features like private suites and spas, with new features like floor-to-ceiling glass windows showcasing unbeaten views of Uluru.

Another new addition to the already luxurious campsite is Dune House, boasting a bar, lounge, restaurant and outdoor terrace, where guests can enjoy cocktails and canapés all while soaking up the outback sun by the rooftop pool.

The spa is kitted out with an extensive range of all-Australian spa care products.

Out of respect for the traditional owners of the land, the Pitjantjatjara and Yankuntjatjara Aboriginal peoples, the lodge takes environmentally conscious measures in preserving the sacred ground, and provides guests the opportunity to learn more about the Indigenous people and rich cultural heritage of their land.

Rates start at $1400 per night, twin-share, and come with a lavish list of extras, including bathrobes, slippers and backpacks.
