You No Longer Need To Travel Overseas To Get Lindt’s Delicious Hazelnut Spread
We don’t expect you to enjoy grocery shopping. Honestly, we’d be a little concerned if you did. But there’s an exception to every rule, and today that exception is brought to you by Lindt.
That’s right: at long last, the unassailable Lindt Hazelnut Spread is coming to Coles supermarkets in March 2020. (Update: it’s here.) You now have permission to love grocery shopping.
You see, until now you could only find this star pantry item on an overseas trip.
The product arrived in London supermarkets in 2018, where it promptly flew off the shelves. If you didn’t smuggle a few jars home in your luggage, it was a luxury reserved for the Northern Hemisphere.

A jar of the Hazelnut Spread will cost you $10 at Coles. (This is according to the crack snack reporters at 7 News, who broke the story.)
The darker, richer Cocoa Spread will also land in Australia in May 2020.
Lindt Hazelnut Spread is made with a generous 25-percent roasted hazelnuts, which is significantly nuttier than our beloved Nutella.
