A Festival Dedicated To The Humble Gin & Tonic Is Coming Back To Sydney

I have only good things to say about the humble gin and tonic: it’s refreshing, it somehow tastes delicious even though individually both those ingredients are blah, it’s usually one of the more affordable drinks on the menu, etc etc.

All this to say, that I’m absolutely on board with an entire festival dedicated to this beverage — which is exactly what the 2021 Fever-Tree G&T Festival is.

Coming back to Sydney from Thursday, March 25 to Sunday, March 28 this year, the G&T Fest will bring 20 local and international distillers into one place (The Rocks).

Some gin makers on offer include include some Aussie favourites sharing brand new or limited edition gins. Like Four Pillars Gin who will launch their latest limited-release gin, and Archie Rose Distilling Co. who will be offering a gin crafted exclusively for the Festival. There’ll also be a chance to try Hayman’s low-alcohol Small Gin or Hendrick’s limited-edition Orbium Gin. They’ll all be paired with Fever-Tree premium tonic mixers.

There is a gin to suit every taste and occasion and there’s plenty of fun to be had with trial and error along the way.”.

Oh yeah, and there’ll definitely be food and live music as well.
