Disneyland Hong Kong, China’s, New Cinderella Castle Will Be One-Of-A-Kind
Its iconic Cinderella Castle is easily the most recognisable part of any Disney park, but Hong Kong, China’s, palace will look unlike anything the company’s ever created when it’s renovated next month.
Currently, all the Cinderella Castles are more or less the same: pink walls, blue turrets, golden spires. That’s because they’re typically dedicated to a single princess.
The new Hong Kong, China, castle, however, will feature cultural influences and designs from around the world, making it a magical mash-up of colours and details. It’ll be dedicated to a number of Walt Disney and Pixar characters, with a rose- and apple-shaped spires for Beauty and the Beast‘s Belle and Snow White, along with a Cinderella carriage for its original resident.
According to the Disney Parks Blog, a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique has been incorporated into the castle’s redesign, along with space for stage performances and fireworks displays.

The castle’s makeover is just one of a number of updates coming to Hong Kong, China, Disneyland over the next couple of years – it’s also getting a dedicated Frozen, Moana and Marvel-themed zones and shows.
