Check Out Victoria’s Newest Boutique Hotel

As many Melburnites can attest, if you’re looking to get out of the city for a few days, there’s really nothing like the Mornington Peninsula. Now, amid the region’s world-renowned wine region, a brand new luxury hotel is opening its doors.

Jackalope is a meticulously conceived boutique hotel set on one of the Peninsula’s most pristine vineyards. Set to open in early 2017, the hotel will comprise of 46 luxe rooms, a 30-metre infinity pool, art commissions and installations, destination dining and an on-property winery and cellar door, because of course. With a conceptual approach to art, design and dining, there’s no doubt Jackalope will redefine your definition of a regional hotel.

Seriously, just look at this place.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and private minimally-styled terraces connect you with Jackalope’s rural surrounds, while king-sized beds and designer goods provide luxury with a capital ‘L’.

Once they’ve had their fill of the Peninsula Hot Springs, guests will be able to get a spa experience right here on site with rain showers, double vanities, custom-made bath products and even deep-soak Japanese baths. Wowee.

Keep your eyes firmly planted on Jackalope’s website for an opening date – safe to say it will make for a pretty unforgettable weekend getaway.
