Australia’s First 24-Hour Pho Restaurant Is Coming To Melbourne

What’s better than delicious noodle soup? The freedom to purchase said deliciousness around the clock, that’s what. And, now, Aussies who crave Vietnamese cuisine at the most inconvenient times can revel in the knowledge that a 24-hour pho restaurant is coming to Melbourne.

Opening in December, Twenty Pho Seven will be Australia’s first 24-hour pho restaurant, giving the busy CBD crowds a new traditional pho haven (and a break from 3am kebabs).

It’s the brainchild of Thai Ho, founder of the popular Asian fusion restaurant Hochi Mama.

“We are confident in providing an authentic yet tasty and hearty bowl of Pho that will keep you coming back for more. We have so many great ideas that we can’t wait to share with everyone,” Ho in a media release.

Ho claims he’ll be serving the “best pho in Melbourne” thanks to a secret recipe that’s been passed down through many generations.

On the inside, the restaurant is all neon lights and graffiti artwork, along with Asian-inspired cocktails served in bubble tea cups.

For updates, you can visit Twenty Pho Seven’s Facebook page. We’ll definitely be back pho more.
